Vendorss

The vendor section in the iPhone application allows field staff to quickly view a companies list of vendor and if your company has entered vendors locations you will be able to view on a map, the locations of vendor. This feature is good for new field staff that are not aware where vendors's are located. The Second option allows field staff to view which product lines are carried by what vendors. This will improve safety as field staff will have a clear idea where a vendor is and will not be confused while driving.

Vendors can be viewed through the R & T Electric Pro iPhone Application.

1. From the Menu screen, tap the Company button.
2. Then tap on the Vendor button to open the Vendor screen.
3. This loads with a list of the vendors listing the vendor names in red text.

To Search Vendors: Pull down on the list view, the search is defaulted to search by vendor name. Enter your search criteria and click the Search button.

4. Scroll the list of vendors until the desired vendor is displayed on the screen.

As the vendors change on a constant basis as the work being done changes, with new vendors added and map locations. The iPhone App will need to be updated. To do so follow the steps in the Update Vendors section

Vendors that have their map coordinates entered in R & T Electric Pro can be viewed on the map through the R & T Electric Pro iPhone Application.
