Company Respirator Fit Test Conditions

Through SafetyNet's company respirator fit test condition section companies can manage the list of things to review a company wants their staff to keep in mind on respirator fit test. Respirator Fit Test will need to occur when a company employee needs to complete a respirator fit test.

The respirator fit test conditions are specifically conditions of how the respirator being tested effects its use.

These respirator fit test condition are set up so companies can build a list of conditions their staff can review as part of the respirator fit test. Companies can choose from default condition SafetyNet provides. Companies may need to alter their respirator fit test conditions lists as things change over time, as safety regulations by companies have changed.

To view how your companies' respirator fit test will appear with all active fit checks, conditions and respirator fit test description paragraphs click the "Company Respirator Fit Test" link, which will show what the respirator fit test will look like.

The respirator fit test section is only available to users that have the respirator fit test section turned on for their users group. To change users access to respirator fit tests, management and office staff can change access in Application Section to view the information about the Application Section Click Here

1.Add Company Respirator Fit Test Condition

To add a Company Respirator Fit Test Condition, click on the 'Add Company Respirator Fit Test Condition' link.

On the next screen, under Add Company Respirator Fit Test Condition heading, select:

Condition Description: Allows the user to input the paragraph. Its best to be descriptive of what field staff should be considering about the respirator having the respirator fit test completed for them. The character limit of this field is 250.

Active: Allows a user to select the active status. Only conditions set to active will be added to a respirator fit test.

Then click the 'Save' button. The edit company respirator fit test condition screen will load. From here, proceed to edit as per the instructions below.

2.Add Company Respirator Fit Test Condition from Default

To add a Company respirator fit test condition from Default, click on the 'Add Company Respirator Fit Test Condition From Default' link.

On the next screen, under Default Respirator Fit Test Condition heading, select:

Then click the 'Add Default Fit Condition For Company' link of the default respirator fit test condition.

3.Delete Company Respirator Fit Test Condition

Deleting company respirator fit test condition may have to be done if the company respirator fit test conditions was added to the system incorrectly. Only company respirator fit test conditions that have not do not have been included in a respirator fit test can be deleted.
