Company Respirator Fit Test Description Paragraphs

Through SafetyNet's company respirator fit test description paragraph section companies can manage the list of paragraphs that will be displayed on the respirator fit test form. SafetyNet allows these paragraphs to be added in three locations on the respirator fit test form, at the top, above signatures section and bottom of form.

To add a Company Respirator Fit Test Description Paragraph, click on the 'Add Company Respirator Fit Test Description Paragraph' link.

On the next screen, under Add Company Respirator Fit Test Description Paragraph heading, select:

Fields

Paragraph: Allows the user to input the paragraph. Its best to be descriptive of information a company wants to pass on to field staff about what they need to consider or instructions as part of the respirator fit test. The character limit of this field is 750.

Document Location: Allows a user to select the document location from a select box. Only check type values Top of form,Above Signature or Bottom of form.

Active: Allows a user to select the active status. Only description paragraphs set to active will be added to a respirator fit test.

Then click the 'Save' button. The edit company respirator fit test description paragraph screen will load. From here, proceed to edit as per the instructions below.

To add a Company respirator fit test description paragraph from Default, click on the 'Add Company Respirator Fit Test Description Paragraph From Default' link.
