The company pre job planning section allows companies to manage pre job plans. Users can create the basis of what will be used by field staff for future pre job planning plans
by creating the company pre job planning plans.
Company Pre Job Planning Plans can be created from scratch for any topic or based on Default Pre Job Planning Plan
from the SafetyNet library of pre job planning plans.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Its important to note that a company pre job planning plans are not completed in the staff. Pre Job Planning Plans are completed by the staff and track which employees participated in these pre job planning plans.
The company pre job planning plans are the list of yes no questions and long answer questions. One of SafetyNet core beliefs is that saving this information so that I can easily be used and more importantly reused by your staff will
over the course of time save your company time and money.
The pre job planning plans section is only available to users that have pre job planning plan section turned on for their users group.
To change users access to pre job planning plans, management and office staff
can change access in Application Section to view the information about the Application Section Click Here

1.Search Company Pre Job Planning Plans |
|
Company Pre Job Planning Plans can be searched by active or inactive plans.
|

2.Add Company Pre Job Planning Plan From Default Pre Job Planning Plan |
|
To add a Company Pre Job Planning Plan from Default, click on the 'Add From Default Pre Job Planning' link.
On the next screen, under Default Pre Job Planning Plan heading, select:
Then click the 'Add Default Pre Job Planning For Company' link of the default pre job planning plan.

3.Add Company Pre Job Planning Plan |
|
To add a Pre Job Planning Plan, click on the 'Add Company Pre Job Planning' link.
On the next screen, under Add Company Pre Job Planning heading, select:
Fields
Pre Job Plan Name: The pre job plan name field allows the user to enter a descriptive name for the pre job planning plan for the company pre job planning. The character limit of the field is 250.
Click the 'Add Company Pre Job Planning' button to create a pre job planning. The edit company pre job planning screen will load. From here, proceed to edit as per the instructions below.

4.Look Up Company Pre Job Planning Plan |

To get to the edit screen of a company pre job planning, click on the name of the company pre job planning that you would like to edit.
To view the html version company pre job planning report in click on the 'Html view' link of the company pre job planning you would like to view.
From each html view you can also open the PDF version of the report by clicking on the PDF link on the top of the page.
To view a printable document file (PDF) view of the company pre job planning report, click on the 'PDF view' link of the appropriate company pre job planning report.

5.Edit Company Pre Job Planning Plan |

Once on the edit company pre job planning plan screen.
Fields
Pre Job Plan Name: The pre job plan name field allows the user to enter a descriptive name for the pre job planning plan for the company pre job planning. The character limit of the field is 250.
Active: Allows a user to select the active status. Only active company pre job planning plan set to active will be viewable to be added to pre job planning plan.
Click the 'Save Company Pre Job Planning' button to edit a company pre job planning plan.

6.Add Yes No Question |
|
Pre Job Planning Plans are built with both yes no questions and Long answer questions.
The Yes No Questions users can add/edit/delete for the company pre job planning plan.
Once on the edit company pre job planning plan screen
To add a Yes No Question, click on the 'Add Company Pre Job Planning Question' link.
Below the Add Company Pre Job Planning Question heading
Fields
Order: The order field select box allows users to set the order of which yes no questions will appear in the company pre job planning plan. This value is a numeric value.
Question: The question field allows users enter a question to the for a yes no question. The character limit of this field is 1000.
Click the 'Add' button to add a yes no question.

Question: The question field allows users enter a question to the for a multiple answer question. The character limit of this field is 1000.
Active: Allows a user to select the active status. Only multiple answer question set to active will be viewable to be added to company pre job planning plan.
Click the 'Edit' button to edit a yes no question.

17.Delete Yes No Question |

To delete a Yes No Question, click on the delete link of the company yes no question that you would like to delete.

24.Delete Long Answer Question |
|
To delete a Company Long Answer Question, click on the delete link of the company long answer question that you would like to delete.
NOTE: A Default Long Answer Question cannot be deleted if:
- The Company Long Question is referenced in a pre job planning plan. In this case the only way for it not to appear as a option is to set its Active Flag to inactive for the long answer question.

25.Delete Company Pre Job Planning Plan |
|
To delete a Company Pre Job Planning Plan, click on the delete link of the company pre job planning plan that you would like to delete.
The company pre job planning plan will not be deleted, if any questions exists for the pre job planning plan the pre job planning plan
will not be deleted. Also if it company pre job planning plan is referenced in the pre job planning plan table it can not be delete
