Safety

Like the Dashboard the Safety section is set up to show each user the tasks they have to complete. While you can find complete sections by navigating through SafetyNet, on the Safety the system will show you the tasks you have to complete at the moment.

Managers will see the following sections:

1. Company Configuration Settings Warnings
• Tasks: If a company has not added any tasks to their company task list a warning will appear.
• Vehicles: If a company has not added any vehicles for their company a warning will appear.
• PPE Inspections: If in the company safety settings PPE Inspections are not set to Never and a company has not created a PPE Inspection for field staff to use, a warning will appear. To get rid of this waring either set PPE Inspections to Never or create a company PPE Inspection.
• Equipment Inspections: If in the company safety settings Equipment Inspections are not set to Never and a company has not created a Equipment Inspection for field staff to use, a warning will appear. To get rid of this waring either set Equipment Inspections to Never or create a company Equipment Inspection.
• Vehicle Inspections: If in the company safety settings Vehicle Inspections are not set to Never and a company has not added any Vehicle Inspection tasks to their company Vehicle Inspection, a warning will appear. To get rid of this waring either set Vehicle Inspections to Never or add Vehicle Inspection Inspection tasks.
• Safety Inspections: If in the company safety settings Safety Inspections are not set to Never and a company has not added any Safety Inspection tasks to their company Safety Inspection, a warning will appear. To get rid of this waring either set Safety Inspections to Never or add Safety Inspection tasks.
• Safety Investigations: If a company has not added any Safety Investigation tasks to their company Safety Investigation, a warning will appear. To get rid of this waring either companies must add Safety Investigation tasks.
• Vehicle Investigations: If a company has not added any Vehicle Investigation tasks to their company Vehicle Investigation, a warning will appear. To get rid of this waring companies must add Vehicle Investigation tasks.
2. Safety Manual Document Approval
• Policies: All Company Policies that have not been approved by management according to the Safety Manual Approval setting in the company Safety Settings will appear. From this view users can click to view and approve the policy.
• Safe Work Practices: All Company Safe Work Practices that have not been approved by management according to the Safety Manual Approval setting in the company Safety Settings will appear. From this view users can click to view and approve the practices.
• Safe Job Procedure: All Company Safe Job Procedure that have not been approved by management according to the Safety Manual Approval setting in the company Safety Settings will appear. From this view users can click to view and approve the procedure.
3. Reports to Review
• Hazard Assessments: All Company un reviewed Hazard Assessments show up with links to the edit, review, html and pdf show up here.
• Meetings: All Company un reviewed Meetings show up with links to the edit, review, html and pdf show up here.

2. Safety Manual Document Review
• Policies: All Company Policies that have not been reviewed by user according to the Safety Manual Review setting in the company Safety Settings will appear. From this view users can click to view and review the policy.
• Safe Work Practices: All Company Safe Work Practices that have not been reviewed by user according to the Safety Manual Review setting in the company Safety Settings will appear. From this view users can click to view and review the practices.
• Safe Job Procedure: All Company Safe Job Procedure that have not been review by user according to the Safety Manual Review setting in the company Safety Settings will appear. From this view users can click to view and review the procedure.

Field Staff will see the following sections:
