Once on the Disciplinary Report you would like to edit.
Fields
Employee: By selecting a employee from the employee select box users can choose employee who is having the disciplinary report filed against them. On the add disciplinary report you can choose any active employee from the company.
Supervisor: By selecting a employee from the supervisor select box users can choose supervisor whom conducted the disciplinary report. On the add disciplinary report you can choose any active employee from the company.
Violation Date: The violation date is the day the subject of the disciplinary report occurred. The format of this field is YYYY-MM-DD.
Notice Date: The notice date is the day the disciplinary report and disciplinary action was carried out. The format of this field is YYYY-MM-DD.
Location of Violation: Allows the user to input a description of where violation occurred. The character limit of this field is 500.
Type of Violation: By selecting a type of violation from the type of violation select box users can choose the type of incident that occurred.
Description of Violation: Allows the user to input a description of violation which occurred. The character limit of this field is 500.
Expected Improvement: Allows the user to input a description of expected improvement of the employee. The character limit of this field is 500.
Discipline Type: By selecting a type of discipline from the type of discipline select box users can choose the type of discipline action taken.
Suspension First Date: The suspension first date is the day the employees suspension starts. The format of this field is YYYY-MM-DD.
Suspension Last Date: The suspension last date is the day the employees suspension ends. The format of this field is YYYY-MM-DD.
Click the 'Edit Disciplinary Report Details' button to ensure that any information changed is saved in the system.
