The emergency response plan section allows administration to help clients to create emergency response plan for job sites. Emergency Response Plan can be created from scratch for any job site or based
on a a existing Emergency Response Plan. RTPro will record when timecard entries are created and edited for field staff if a valid emergency response plan existed
for the job site based on the companies policy on how often emergency response plans must be conducted.
Since each job site is different, RTPro allows a field staff to setup a specific emergency response plans for each job site. Each Emergency Response Plan for a job site
is set up with a number of sections; basic information about type of work occurring on site, location information, and possible emergency on the job site.
Once a emergency response plan has been created, emergency response plans need to tested with the field staff. Emergency Response Plan Drills are SafetyNet"s way
of testing emergency response plans. Drills take the emergency response plan possible emergencies and adds them as scenarios to be tested.
R & T Electrics Smartphone application allows field staff to add emergency response plans in the field.

Configuring Safety Net for how often a Emergency Response Plans should be updated

1.Search Emergency Response Plan |
|
Emergency Response Plans can be searched by a combination of customer, work orders, month and submission status. Users can narrow search results by choosing any combination of the four search criteria.
All search results can be sorted by clicking on the results headings Date, Work Order Number, Customer Name,Job Site Name,
and Status. Clicking on the same heading can do switching the results order from ascending to descending.

2.Delete Emergency Response Plan |
|
Deleting hazard assessment may have to be done if the hazard assessment was added to the system incorrectly. Only hazard assessments that have not been reviewed by management can be deleted.
To delete a hazard assessment click the 'Delete' link of the hazard assessment you want to delete.

3.Look Up Emergency Response Plan |
|
To get to the edit screen of a hazard assessment, click on the date of the hazard assessment that you would like to edit.
To view the html version hazard assessment report in click on the 'Html view' link of the hazard assessment you would like to view.
From each html view you can also open the PDF version of the report by clicking on the PDF link on the top of the page.
To view a printable document file (PDF) view of the hazard assessment report, click on the 'PDF view' link of the appropriate hazard assessment report.

4.Add Emergency Response Plan By Work Order |

To add a Emergency Response Plan By Work Order, click on the 'Add Emergency Response Plan By Work Order' link.
On the next screen, under Add Emergency Response Plan By Work Order heading, select:
Fields
Work Order: By selecting a work order from the select box, which loads with a work order number users can choose which work order they want to create a emergency response plan for.
Employee: By selecting a employee from the employee select box, which loads with the employees first name and last name users can choose whom created the emergency response plan.
On the add emergency response plan section you can choose any active employee from the company.

Then click the 'Add' button. The edit emergency response plan screen will load. From here, proceed to edit as per the instructions below.

5.Add Emergency Response Plan By Job Site |

To add a Emergency Response Plan By Job Site, click on the 'Add Emergency Response Plan By Job Site' link.
On the next screen, under Add Emergency Response Plan By Job Site heading, select:

On the add emergency response plan section you can choose any active employee from the company.

6.Add Emergency Response Plan From Existing Plan |
|
Emergency Response Plans should not to change very often for job sites, job sites by their nature do not change. The Hospitals and Fire Departments do not
move that often. With this in mind SafetyNet allows users to create new Emergency Response Plans from existing Plans.
To add a Emergency Response Plan From Existing Plan, click on the 'Create Updated ERP' link. From the list of emergency
response plans.

7.Edit Emergency Response Plan Details |
|
Once on the emergency response plan edit screen.
Fields
Date: The emergency response plan date is the day the emergency response plan was carried out. The format of this field is YYYY-MM-DD.
Prepared By: By selecting a employee from the prepared by select box users can choose which employee from the company.
Scope of Work: The Scope of Work field initially displays the scope of work from the work order and, therefore, may need to be refined to reflect the scope of work for the day/shift. The character limit of this field is 350.
Tools/Equipment Required: The Tools/Equipment Required field allows field staff to enter the tools and equipment required to complete the work. The character limit of this field is 250.
Emergency Equipment Available: The Emergency Equipment Available field allows field staff to enter the emergency equipment available on site. The character limit of this field is 250.
Personal Protective Equipment: The Personal Protective Equipment field allows field staff to enter the personal protective equipment required on the site and to complete the job. The character limit of this field is 250.
Nearest Hospital: The Nearest Hospital field allows field staff to enter the address of the nearest hospital to the job site The character limit of this field is 150.
Nearest Fire Department: The Nearest Fire Department field allows field staff to enter the address of the nearest fire department to the job site. The character limit of this field is 150.
First Aid Station: The First Aid Station field allows field staff to enter first aid location on site. The character limit of this field is 150.
Muster Point: The Muster Point field allows field staff to enter the muster point on the job site. The character limit of this field is 150.
Fire Extinguisher Location: The Fire Extinguisher Location field allows filed staff to enter the fire extinguisher locations on the job site . The character limit of this field is 100.
Site Supervisor: The Site Supervisor field allows field staff to enter site supervisors name. The character limit of this field is 50.
Email: The Email field allows field staff to enter the email address of the site supervisor. The character limit of this field is 80.
Phone: The Phone field allows field staff to enter the phone number of the site supervisor. The character limit of this field is 20.
Emergency Response Number: The Emergency Response Number field allows field staff to enter the emergency response number of job site. The character limit of this field is 20.
Office Number: The Office Number field allows field staff to enter office number of your company. The character limit of this field is 20.
Number of Workers: The Number of Workers field allows field staff to enter the number of workers that will be working on the job site.
Type Of Work: By selecting a Type of Work Hazard from the type of work hazard select box users determine the type of hazards involved with the type of work occurring on the job site.
Location of Work: By selecting a Location of Work value from the location of work select box users determine to the proximity to a medical treatment facility in relation to the job site.
Click the 'Save Emergency Response Plan' button to ensure that any information changed is saved in the system.

8.Add Possible Emergency |
|
Possible Emergencies are the possible situations that may occur on a job site. For each possible emergency on the emergency response plan, users should include
the response and responsibilities of field staff in the case of each emergency. Its important that field staff knows what their responsibilities are in the case of
a emergency so people are not confused.

Once a emergency response plan has been submitted, management or supervisory staff should review and sign off that the emergency response plan
has been completed properly and that issues found can be brought to the attention of the proper personnel.

14.Add Emergency Response Plan Drill |
|
Emergency Response Plan Drills are tests of how well field staff know emergency response plans. Emergency Response Plans need to be
tested as part of drills to determine if staff know what they are doing if a emergency occurs. New Possible Emergencies and issues and corrective actions are found.
To add a Emergency Response Plan Drill, while on a emergency response plan, click the Add Emergency Response Plan Drill link.

Adding employees to the Emergency Response Plan Drill is crucial to reporting accurately. In order to have an accurate picture of the job site, adding employees to
the Emergency Response Plan Drill needed. While the emergency response plan drill was created, the first employee was added toemergency response plan drill. Adding other field staff to the
emergency response plan drill allows a group of workers to share the same emergency response plan drill. Once a emergency response plan drill is submitted all employee's added to
the emergency response plan drill will have access to the emergency response plan drill.

18.Add Temporary Emergency Response Plan Drill Participant |

Once and a while a person may need to added to a emergency response plan drill, who is not a employee of your company. A subcontractor, or a customer employee are
some examples. Its still important that they review the emergency response plan drill. SafetyNet allows field staff to add outside employees to a emergency response plan drill.
IMPORTANT NOTE Its very important that the add temporary employee function is not used to add a new employee to the company to a emergency response plan drill.
Temporary employee statistics are not tracked. So its very important to add a new employee to your company the proper way to SafetyNet. For more information

Removing a employee may be required if the wrong employee was added to a emergency response plan drill. If the employee did not participate in the emergency response
plan drill or did not work on the job site on the given day they should not be on the emergency response plan drill. Once a emergency response plan drill has been
submitted employees can not be removed from the emergency response plan drill.

20.Add Drill Scenario |

Drill Scenario are the drill scenarios to test possible emergency situations that may occur on a job site. The possible emergencies from
the emergency response plan which the drill was created from become the drill scenarios to test during the drill. During the drill more
drill scenarios can be added.For each drill scenario on the emergency response plan drill, users should include scenario name, the response
and responsibilities, issues found while testing the scenario, and the corrective actions found.. Its important that field staff knows
what their responsibilities are in the case of a emergency so people are not confused, this is why we run emergency response plan drills.
