Personal Protective Equipment Inspections

The personal protective equipment inspections section allows administration to help clients to create and record a personal protective equipment inspection. Personal Protective Equipment Inspections can be create from a company personal protective equipment inspection.

1.Search Personal Protective Equipment Inspection

Personal Protective Equipment inspections can be searched by a combination of customer and submission status. Users can narrow search results by choosing any combination of the two search criteria.

All search results can be sorted by clicking on the results headings Date, Inspection Name, Conducted By, and Inspection Time. Clicking on the same heading can do switching the results order from ascending to descending.

2.Delete Personal Protective Equipment Inspection

Deleting personal protective equipment inspections may have to be done if the personal protective equipment inspection was added to the system incorrectly. Only personal protective equipment inspections that have not been reviewed by management can be deleted.

To delete a personal protective equipment inspections click the 'Delete' link of the personal protective equipment inspection you want to delete.

Then click the 'Add Personal Protective Equipment Inspection' button. The edit personal protective equipment inspection screen will load. From here, proceed to edit as per the instructions below.

4.Look up Personal Protective Equipment Inspection

Click the 'Save Equipment Inspection' button to ensure that any information changed is saved in the system.

6.Edit Personal Protective Equipment Inspection Details

Once the edit personal protective equipment inspection screen

Click the Load Edit Personal Protective Equipment Details button of the piece of equipment the user wants to edit, this loads the edit equipment detail screen

Fields

Checked Flag: Allows the user to select the condition from the select box of the personal protective equipment inspection detail.

Comments: Allows the user to input comments about the condition or deficiencies of the personal protective equipment inspection detail. If Requires attention is selected from the condition field a note must entered describing what requires attention. The character limit of this field is 250.

Once the necessary information has been input, click the 'Edit PPE Equipment Details' button.

10.Submitting Personal Protective Equipment Inspection

Once a personal protective equipment inspection has been completed, it must be submitted for review by management. To do this, click on the 'Submit PPE Inspection' button.

11.Reviewing Personal Protective Equipment Inspection

Once a personal protective equipment inspection has been submitted, management or supervisory staff should review and sign off that the personal protective equipment inspection has been completed properly and that issues found can be brought to the attention of the proper personnel.
