The site inspection section allows field staff to create site inspection for job sites.
Site inspections are examinations of jobs sites before work is started on the job site. They look
at the unsafe acts and conditions present on the site. Allow field staff the opprotunity to come
up with solutions to theses acts and conditions before work is start.
Site Inspections take into consideration the location of site of the work, the scope of work, and the time of day.
Configuring Safety Net for how often a Site Inspections should be updated
R & T Electric Pro can be configured to match your companies safety policy regarding how often site inspections must be conducted and/or updated. This can be configured in the Company Safety Settings section for more information in this

1.Search Site Inspection |
|
Site Inspections can be searched by a combination of the company customers, job sites and or active flag the reports were created in. Users can narrow search results by choosing any combination of the three search criteria.
All search results can also be sorted by clicking on the results headings Date, Customer name,Job site name and active flag. Clicking on the same heading can do switching the results order from ascending to descending.

2.Delete Site Inspection |
|
Deleting site inspections may have to be done if the site inspection was added to the system incorrectly. Only site inspections that have not been reviewed by management can be deleted.
To delete a site inspection click the 'Delete' link of the site inspection you want to delete.

3.Add Site Inspection |
|
To add a Site Inspection, click on the 'Add Site Inspection' link.
On the next screen, under Add Site Inspection heading, select:
Fields
Job Site By selecting a job site from the select box, which loads with a customer$s name and
then the job site name users can choose which job site they want to create a site inspection for
will be inspected on. NOTE: To narrow down the numbers of job sites to choose from use the 'Search Customer on Add Site Inspection' function.
Employee: By selecting a employee from the employee by select box users can choose whom conducted the site inspection. On the add site inspection you can choose any active employee from the company.

Then click the 'Add Site Inspection' button. The edit site inspection screen will load. From here, proceed to edit as per the instructions below.

4.Look up Site Inspection |
|
To get to the edit screen of a site inspection, click on the date of the site inspection that you would like to edit.
To view the html version site inspection report in click on the “Html view” link of the site inspection you would like to view.
To view a printable document file (PDF) view of the site inspection report, click on the “PDF view” link of the appropriate site inspection report.

5.Edit Site Inspection Information |
|
In the edit site inspection information section the following fields can be edited:
Fields
Date: The site inspection date is the day the site inspection was carried out. The format of this field is YYYY-MM-DD.
Prepared By: By selecting a employee from the prepared by select box users can choose whom prepared the site inspection.
Description of work to be done The description of work to be done.
It should a good overview of what the is going to be done on the site.This is a required field. The character limit of this field is 500.
Location of Work The location of work. Should be a description where work will be completed.This is a required field. The character limit of this field is 250.
Time of Day The time of day. Should be a description when the work will be completed.This is a required field. The character limit of this field is 250.
Click the 'Save Site Inspection' button to ensure that any information changed is saved in the system.

6.Add Conditions or Act Found |
|
Conditions found are issues found on a job site. These issues should be reviewed by staff before starting work.
To add a new condition or act found click, the 'Add Condition or Unsafe Act'.

7.Look Up Conditions or Act Found |
|
To get to the edit screen of a first aid kit inspection kit detail, click on the description of the product of the first aid kit inspection kit detail you would like to edit.

8.Edit Up Conditions or Act Found |
|

10.Submitting Site Inspection |
|
Once a site inspection has been completed, it must be submitted for review by management. To do this, click on the 'Submit Site Inspection' button.
An email will be sent to the employee in charge of site inspections email alert has been set up for the company in Safety Net.

11.Reviewing Site Inspection |
|
Once a site inspection has been submitted management or a supervisor should review and sign off that site inspection have been completed properly and that issue found can be brought to the attention of management of

Once a site inspection has been completed, it must be submitted for review by management. To do this, click on the
'Submit Site Inspection' button.
An email can be sent to the employee in charge of site inspection thru the email alert section of safety net.
