Employee Information

The employee information section in the iPhone application allows field staff to quickly view a companies list of employees and if your company has entered employee information like phone numbers and email address you will be able to view. This feature is good for new field staff that are not aware where employee's.

Configuring Company Employees

Companie's need to manage the list of Employee. SafetyNet's allows companies to manage a companies employees.

The employee information section is only available to users that have the employee information section turned on for their users group. To change users access to employee information, management and office staff can change access in Application Section to view the information about the Application Section Click Here

Employee Informations can be viewed through the SafetyNet iPhone Application.

1. From the Menu screen, tap the Company button.
2. Then tap on the Employee Information button to open the Employee Information screen.
3. This loads with a list of the employee information listing the employee names in black text, phone number in blue text and email in red.

To Search Employees: Pull down on the list view, the search is defaulted to search by employee last name. The other option for the Employee search is by employee first name. Enter your search criteria and click the Search button.

4. Scroll the list of employees until the desired employee is displayed on the screen.

As the employee change on a constant basis as the work being done changes, with new employees added. The iPhone App will need to be updated. To do so follow the steps in the Update Human Resources section
