Company First Aid Kit Inspections

The company first aid kit inspection section allows companies to manage first aid kit inspections. Users can create the basis of what will be used by field staff for future first aid kit inspections for job sites and for company vehicles by creating the company first aid kit inspections. Company First Aid Kit Inspections can be created from scratch for any job site/vehicle or based on First Aid Kit Inspections carried out by field staff. Job Sites and Vehicles can be setup to require employees to complete First Aid Kit Inspections by setting the first aid kit inspection to required in the edit job site or in the vehicle section. Companies can set how often first aid kit inspections are to occur in the edit company safety settings.

Since each job site and vehicle is different, safetynet allows a field staff to setup a specific company first aid kit inspection for each job site or vehicle. Job Sites come in all shapes and sizes especially in the service business, it just might not be practical for field staff to complete first aid kit inspection for every job site they visit. Creating Company First Aid Kit Inspection from First Aid Kit Inspections

Once a First Aid Kit Inspection for a job site has been reviewed by management; management has the option of taking all the information from the first aid kit inspection and creating or editing the Company First Aid Kit Inspection for that job site or vehicle, with the simple click of a button. The first aid kit inspection section is only available to users that have the first aid kit inspection section turned on for their users group. 1.Search Company First Aid Kit Inspection

All search results can also be sorted by clicking on the results headings First Aid Kit Inspection Description, First Aid Kit Inspection Type Name. Clicking on the same heading can do switching the results order from ascending to descending.

2.Delete Company First Aid Kit Inspection

Deleting company first aid kit inspections may have to be done if the company first aid kit inspections was added to the system incorrectly. Only company first aid kit inspections that have not do not have any details added can be deleted.

To delete a company first aid kit inspections click the 'Delete' link of the company first aid kit you want to delete.

5.Add Company First Aid Kit Inspection for Job Site

6.Search Customer on Add Company First Aid Kit Inspection

While on the 'Add Company First Aid Kit Inspection for Job Site' screen, Under the Search Customer on Add Company First Aid Kit Inspections heading choose a customer:

Customer: The Customer select box is populated with companies’ customers.

Click the 'Search Job Sites' button. The Job Site select box on the Add Company First Aid Kit Inspection section will load with only the job Sites of the selected customer.

7.Look up Company First Aid Kit Inspection Kits

To get to the edit screen of a first aid kit inspection kit, click on the name of the first aid kit inspection kit you would like to edit.

8.Add or Edit Company First Aid Kit Inspection Kits

The company first aid kit inspection kit section allows users to add or edit the company first aid kit inspection kits of a job site or vehicle. First Aid Kit inspection Kits are the actual first aid kits that are located on the job site or in a vehicle and what the type of first aid kit are in each location.

To add a new detail click, the 'Add Company First Aid Kit Inspection Kit' link.

To load a detail to edit, click on the detail.

Once the add or edit screen

Location: Allows the user to input the location of the first aid kit. It may not be obvious when working on a large site where every first aid kit is located a simple description of where a first aid kit is located can go a long way in making inspections meaningful. The character limit of this field is 250.

First Aid Kit Inspection Kit Description: Allows the user to input specific information about the first aid kit such as first aid kits classification and appearance. The character limit of this field is 250.

First Aid Kit Type: Allows the user to select the first aid kit type.

Add Default First Aid Kit Supplies*: Choosing Yes will add the first aid kit types default contents to your first aid kit**.

*The Add Default First Aid Kit Supplies only exists on the Add first aid kit inspection kit.

**These default first aid kit supplies are based on the standards set in your companies area of work.

Once the necessary information has been input, click the 'Save Kit' button.

9.Delete a Company First Aid Kit Inspection Kit

Deleting company first aid kit inspection kit may have to be done if the company first aid kit inspection kit was added to the system incorrectly.

To delete a company first aid kit inspection kit, click the 'Delete' link of the company first aid kit inspection kit you want to delete.

10.Look up Company First Aid Kit Inspection Kit Details

To get to the edit screen of a first aid kit inspection kit detail, click on the description of the product of the first aid kit inspection kit detail you would like to edit.

11.Add or Edit Company First Aid Kit Inspection Kit Details

To delete a company first aid kit inspection kit detail, click the 'Delete' link of the company first aid kit inspection kit detail you want to delete.
